Draft · last updated October 2026

Terms

This is a plain-language draft for early access. It will be reviewed and finalized before Dart Night launches publicly.

Early access

Dart Night is in early access. It's free while that lasts, and features may change. We'll give notice before introducing paid plans, and you can export your data at any time.

Your account and group

• Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• A group's owner invites people, manages its players, locations, and settings, and can delete the group.
• Only add people to a roster under names they're happy to have there.

Your content

Your games and stats belong to you and your group. You let us store and display them to provide the service, and nothing more.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other groups' data, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend groups that do.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Dart Night reliable, but it's provided as is during early access. Keep your own export if a game's history matters a lot to you.

Ending

You can delete your account whenever you like from Settings. These terms may be updated; we'll post changes here.
