Draft · last updated October 2026

Privacy

This is a plain-language draft for early access. It will be reviewed and finalized before Dart Night launches publicly.

What we keep

  • Your account: your email address and display name. Sign-in is by emailed link (or Google, if you choose it), so there's no password to store.
  • Your group's darts: the roster (names as you type them), locations, game nights, and every game with its darts, so stats and replays work.
  • Paired screens: a TV is identified by a random token stored in scrambled form. No personal information.
  • Early-access list: the email address, and the name and group size if you give them.
  • Server logs: short-lived technical logs (requests and errors) to keep the service running.

What we don't do

  • No ads, and we don't sell or rent your information.
  • No third-party tracking scripts. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Who can see what

A group's games and stats are visible to that group's members only. Email addresses are visible to the group's owner. Anyone with a location's follow link can watch the live game there; the group's owner can replace the link at any time. Your combined profile is visible to you.

Services we use

Emails (sign-in links, early-access confirmation) are sent through Resend. Hosting will be listed here once chosen.

Your choices

  • Download your data: Settings → Download my data, or export a whole group from Settings.
  • Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. Groups you own by yourself are deleted with it. Players linked to your account stay in their groups' history under the names they were played as, no longer linked to you.
  • Leave the early-access list: reply to the confirmation email.
